Notice to Passengers Traveling to Japan |
Beginning December 15, all passengers entering Japan are required to fill out a questionnaire online before
departure. After completing the questionnaire, passengers will receive a QR code which must be presented upon
arrival at the airport in Japan. |

Attention Passengers Traveling to Los Angeles |
Starting November 25, 2020, all travelers entering the city are required to complete an online Traveler Form.
A California Travel Advisory has been announced stating that all persons arriving in California should practice
self-quarantine for 14 days after arrival. Failure to fill out a form may result in penalties. |
